We learn that Oxman was appointed to be Daniel’s new legal guardian by court order via the Denver Probate Court. This means the legal guardian was assigned in relation to Daniel’s mom or grandma’s passing and this legal guardian will be indefinite as it’s not related to this case specifically.

It appears that Daniel currently does not know his own age as he is 27, not 28. He doesn’t turn 28 until November.

Judge Rodriguez goes over the sentencing range proposed, which, she agrees, will be in the 27 to 33 month range based on the offense level and Daniel’s known background/criminal history.

AUSA Mock asks the court to confirm that Daniel is continuing to take the medication he has been prescribed. Daniel confirms he is.

AUSA Mock indicts Daniel officially, in court, for Court 6, which is in reference to Daniel threatening MacDougall. Daniel pleads Guilty.

Judge Rodriguez discusses the “young people in the courtroom” and explains she’s been concerned about the many calls to the facility and other harassments and/or threats made to Daniel. She says it concerns and troubles her greatly
