LIVE February Competency Updates
The hearing on Tuesday (Feb 3) was only 80 minutes long. Dr. Mills, the independent psychiatrist, was the only person to take the stand, meaning people like Bob, Ian, and Tiffany will no longer be testifying as the hearing is over. The judge will provide a written order on Daniel’s competency next week.
The curious case of “Alameda Wadsworth”
“Alameda Wadsworth” is the pseudonym created by the individual who attended the 2/3 court hearing. While we can confirm they, in fact, were in the courthouse, we can’t directly confirm their claims. Nonetheless, here is what they wrote.
-Daniel has put on weight, just eyeballing it seems to be around 15-20 pounds gained.
-Haircut is longer than April 6th, shorter than CU arc.
-Daniel was very calm and lucid. No fidgeting, darting eyes, or rocking in his chair.
-Daniel could tell Wadsworth was an online follower, not a legal expert, but maintained his composure.
-”Wasn’t the homeless schizo trying to act sane energy we would see on the body cams.”
-Not much facial hair, a little bit of chin pubes.
Wadsworth was removed from the courtroom before proceedings started.
According to Wadsworth, this doctored image is very close to what Daniel looks like.
If true, this of course, means Daniel is bigger/chubbier now. This claim might be hard to picture, but we definitely can’t rule it out as impossible. Over the last 2 years, Daniel has gone from starving to being provided 3 meals a day, as well as expected anti-psychotics, for which gaining weight is an extremely common side effect.
Daniel’s ‘Famous’ Psychiatrist
The psychiatrist who took the stand today, Dr. Mark Mills, has assessed tons of noteworthy criminals before. The list includes Wade Wilson, aka. “The Deadpool Killer,” James Terry Colley Jr. (wife murderer), and an Al-Qaida suspect.
