Daniel Assigned New Attorney as Westbroek Withdraws From Case

After exactly a month of complete silence, since March 3, the updates have kept rolling in.

As we stated in the last leakweek article, Daniel’s attorney, Jared Westbroek would be withdrawing from the case as Daniel no longer qualifies for the free public defender given to him.

The new attorney that will be taking over is Jeffrey Feiler. He runs a law firm based in both Miami and Denver where he handles federal cases in the Florida and Colorado districts. You can view his site here.

Fieler is most known for being a lawyer for Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys extremist group.
